Holiday Workshops + Winter Printmaking Camps Announced!
Hello Mon Ami Families!
I hope you're all staying cozy as we head into the holiday season. I’m excited to share a few special winter offerings at the studio — including a brand-new Holiday Family Workshop and Winter Printmaking Camps for kids and teens. These are small-group sessions with lots of hands-on creating, warm holiday energy, and high-quality materials.
🎄 NEW! Holiday Family Workshop
Cardboard Gingerbread Garlands + Custom Holiday Stamps
$85 per family · 2.5 hours · Ages 4+ with adult
Come spend a festive afternoon in the studio making memories together!
Families will create:
Cardboard Gingerbread Garlands — painted, decorated, and strung together
Custom Stamps
Adults: carve a reusable block stamp
Kids: make a soft-foam stamp + printed wrapping paper + tags
3 dates available · Only 8–10 spots per workshop
This is such a sweet way to slow down, create together, and take home treasures you’ll use year after year.
❄️ Winter Printmaking Camps
A cozy creative experience for young artists over winter break.
Ages 5–12 (Morning Sessions · 2 hrs)
A playful introduction to studio printmaking:
Collagraphy (cardboard + hot glue)
Gelli printing
Styrofoam printing
Optional holiday card craft
Perfect for kids who love experimenting and exploring materials.
Ages 10–15 (Afternoon Sessions · 2 hrs)
A deeper dive for older or returning artists:
Block printing with carving tools
Advanced gelli printing
Print + paint layering
Creative independence + fine-art focus
A great chance for young artists to expand their skills in a studio environment.
$55 per session
Small groups · all materials included · lots of color, texture, and creative freedom.

September–October Offerings | Fall 2025
Hello Mon Ami Families and Creative Friends,
As summer winds down and families settle into new school-year rhythms, Mon Ami is here to support your creative flow, whether you're looking for consistency or a little flexibility.
We’ll be offering drop-in classes for the next couple of weeks (through early September), and then transitioning back into multi-week class sessions starting September 24th, running through the end of October.
🍁 What’s New This Fall?
✨ Multi-Week Class Sessions Return
Beginning the week of September 24, we’ll return to our signature Mon Ami sessions—where artists build skills week by week, explore layered projects, and work with sculptural materials like papier-mâché and mixed media. These classes provide:
A consistent creative routine
A chance to learn alongside the same group of peers
Time for deeper artistic exploration
✨ Drop-In Hours Still Available!
Thanks to the success of summer drop-ins, we’re keeping the momentum going!
Drop-ins will now be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during select hours. These are perfect for one-day creative adventures with fun, complete-in-a-day projects.
📅 Dates to Keep in Mind
Many local schools have parent-teacher conferences in early October. Would you be interested in longer art sessions or expanded drop-in options during that week? Let me know what would support your family!
Fridays offer expanded drop-in hours, since it’s an early-release day for many schools.
🎉 Weekend Workshops & Parties
Weekends remain open for private events, birthday celebrations, and creative group gatherings. Please reach out if you’d like to reserve a weekend slot for your artist, group, or idea.
🧑🎨 Adult Art Offerings
Our Friday adult art classes will continue, with the possibility of adding Monday sessions based on interest. If you’ve been hoping for a specific kind of project or medium—send me a message! I’d love to hear your ideas.
Looking ahead, a special adult workshop + studio art show is in the works for the New Year. Details coming soon!
