Late Registration:

We offer rolling enrollment to all classes that still have room. If you are interested in a class that has already begun, please contact us at monamiartstudios@gmail.com

 

Late Payment Policy:

If payment is not received by end of the second class of a session, a late fee of $25 will be charged. **unless other arrangements have been made**

Make-up Class Policies:

If you or your child is unable to attend a class, please call or email the studio to notify us of your absence and schedule a make-up class. There is a maximum of three make-ups per student and must be done within the current session. 

 

Early Drop-off / Late Pick-up Policy:

Please be considerate of our teachers and other class times. Dropping off early can be distracting for other classes, as well as for teachers that are preparing for the next class. You are welcome to stay with your child until class begins, otherwise we do charge $5 for every 15 minutes of early drop-off. Picking your child up more than 15 minutes past the end of class time is considered a late pickup. Late pickups will be charged $5 per 15 minutes. Fees are calculated from the end of class time, not from 10 minutes after the end of class.

Drop-In Class Policy:

Mon Ami Art Studios offers scheduled free Intro classes throughout the year. However, If you or your child wish to attend a single class to try it outside of a free Intro, you may do so for a fee of $32. This must be scheduled in advance so as not to disrupt regular scheduled classes.  

 

Prorate Policies:

If you are registering for a class after the start of the session the registration fee will be prorated for previously missed classes. 

 

Refund/Credit Policies:

Refunds will not be given for missed classes. If Mon Ami Art Studios needs to cancel a class due to illness or emergency, you may choose to schedule a make-up class, or credit. We will not refund classes already attended. If you or your child are not completely satisfied with the experience at Mon Ami Art Studios we will provide a refund for any remaining classes in a session. If you or your child need to cancel a class registration due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts we will switch to another available class time, or provide credit.

 

Emergency Release *

I hereby consent to have my child attend Mon Ami Art Studios classes, camps, and workshops and not hold Mon Ami Art Studios  or its agents liable of any accidents, physical or other injury from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, and compensation. In case of an emergency, I also give permission to Mon Ami Art Studios and its agents to obtain medical and/or dental care prescribed by a duly licensed physician (MD), osteopath (DO), or dentist (DDS) for my child. This care may be given under whatever conditions necessary to preserve the life, limb or well-being of my child. I agree to these terms freely and voluntarily without inducement for myself and on behalf of my child.
